I have to reflash my 2006 to get the software update that will correct the premature failure of the AF ratio sensor, as per the TSB.

Do you know if there is anything else different in the latest software update? Is there other things that have been corrected / modified lately?

I am glad that my dealership is just charging me the labor to do it. I know some places uses Honda's standard price of 80$ when they connect to the ECU, no matter what is the purpose...

Honda does not release the details of individual changes on a PCM reprogram. The only folks that really know won't tell.
