You have no idea what power your car has without any benchmark. Coud be that the dyno chart is just off and all S2ks would read in that range. I would stop obsessing over an old dyno chart and just enjoy the car, or at least go get a new dyno test, possibly with another S2k or two.

What kind of dyno was that? Sorry, I couldn't see with my old eyes. I've seen stock ap1s hit high 190's and low 200's on the dynojet

^The numbers don't mean anything without a baseline.

First off, dyno numbers don't mean poop. Second, what are you comparing the acceleration to? I have yet to dyno mine. Although bone stock, it seems to be up to par with the H22, with bolt on's, in my Prelude; which is what I expected. The only difference is where they make the power in the power band. The AP1 is top end and due to my bolt selection, the H22 is all in the midrange.
preludes are not even close to the same whp as s2ks...norm s2000 will put down about 190-200 whp stock, ludes dont touch those numbers stock.

I remember seeing 170 to low 180s for a healthy h22 (upper end #s with i/h/e and a tune)

^ that's also through an efficient transaxle...

The s really does make a ton of power. If this motor was in a fwd car it'd make 215-225 whp all day long.

Dynos are not too good for online comparisons as others have mentioned here. Use them for A/B testing to see if your add-on parts did anything.

Actually, whenever I decided to get a dyno tune, I was shooting for 190whp with a meaty torque curve. 2 H22 guru tuners said that that sounds about right for my mods. With my street tuning, I must have been close to that number sense acceleration was on par with my OEM ap1. With the right bolt on's an H22 will put down 210ish whp. This all depends on the dyno though.

i had a prelude with a jdm type s REDTOP swap which puts out 220hp stock to the flywheel... it was not even close to the s2k also had an lsd and ran a 14.7 at the track and the s2k runs high 13s. now the h22 i had is the best h series motor they make. how can you say they are close?
