AP1 Tranny?

Default AP1 Tranny?
I believe I have a AP1. It looks like the left tranny in the photo. Is the left tranny a AP1?

which one is AP1?

The transmission on the right does not look like a Honda OEM for AP2 cars.

The one on the right looks like a quaife sequential.

Idk how to identify the AP1 trans from an AP2 but the picture above is not representative of those two options.

How can I identify whether my tranny is a AP1 or AP2?

Mine appears to be like the one in your photo. If it was a AP1, what would look different? Thanks.

There should be a serial number on the transmission. Right?

The only external difference is the output flange. AP2 takes bigger bolts.

That is not the only difference.

Show me the inside of the bell housing. I can tell if it’s ap1 or ap2.
