The AP1 Brake Pads are much better than the AP2.

I've run both on the track and they last the same but from personal opinion the AP1 has better initial bite.

Interesting...most folks have said the AP2 pads have better initial bite, but no better life or fade resistance.

But both will fit either car.

People have told me that the AP2's compound dusts more but fades less. The AP1 pads dust less but fade earlier.

Either way, they're great pads for street or light track use.

"For 2004, new brake pad material improves the pedal feel and resists fading in high performance driving."
