Default AP2 Headlight

So my car recently got into an accident and now my right headlight needs to be replaced. The only parts broken are i believe the plastic outer casing and 1 small orange reflector piece. I was wondering if i order just 1 right headlight housing, can I just move all the working internals into the new light?

You would have to buy the entire headlight housing/unit.

Sorry, the headlight housing unit is just 1 part right? On this oem Honda parts site, it says that the housing unit is 1 part of the whole headlight. Does $400 sound about right for the housing? I believe is part 001. Here is the link http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...DLIGHT+%282%29
Thanks

Correct, #1 will be the right housing. You will need to swap over your bulbs and ballast if they're intact.

It includes everything you need. You don't need to transfer any "internals".

Check on Amazon for the headlight housing. I just bought a pair of them on Amazon (with prime) for $420 each shipped in two days. All you need to do is swap all the obvious bulbs/igniters, and you will have a fresh new look. Might consider buying two like I did because having one worn and one new headlight is not "the bizness"

There are 3 different headlight part numbers--one AP1 and two different AP2s. (04/05 and 06-09)

The differences are in the low beam patterns ---see here for the differences---(just want to make sure you get the one that matches what you now have)

Thanks for all the help! Unfortunately Majestic Honda doesn't ship to Canada anymore so i'll have to find somewhere else to get it.

Fwiw, someone here bought an eBay headlight and removed the outer plastic from it to replace his worn outer plastic and the fitment was perfect. Maybe you could do that and buy some Rick's reflectors or get one cheap from a parts yard.
