does the apexi NEO have a password protection like the VAFC2????

If it's some generic harness that 'works for several applications' I suspect it's just the bare wires hanging out of the E-manage. You still either need the Boomslang harness or a few hours of contortion and hacking harnesses.
No it is just a generic OBD II connector the guy told me he used it on his 2000 Prelude. Bidding has I believe 3 or 4 days and the whole unit is still only 100.00.

Why do you care so much about the password protection? Maybe I missed something on the abilities of the password feature...
