My (year 2000, AP1) secondary air pump started making a whining noise. I read somewhere that pulling, cleaning, and re-greasing the front bearing will fix the problem if the bearing is dry but not damaged. If the bearing is bad, is there a part number for this AP1 pump bearing, or should I simply replace the bearing, in any case?

personally i would just delete the air pump with an izze air pump delete kit / simulator
