I am about to fit the ARC titanium cooling panel, in an aid to help with the air flow to the radiator, but with the instructions being in Japanese I cannot tell if you are to remove the OEM black plastic air guide panel first?
You can fit the ARC over the top but I feel if the OEM panel is first removed it will create a larger air gap that can be directed towards the radiator?

Anybody know for sure ?
