The brackets only pull away from the body when using R compounds or slicks for a long time. Not enough grip with street tires to do this.

There is no TSB. There is only a Techline note to cover the SCCA autocrossers a protest after having a repair done.

All AP2's have straps added to the brackets that the AP1 cars do not have. Unless you are on slicks or R compounds this is not a problem.

hmm...

i haven't really taken a look @ this car yet so i'm still confused... what you say is this is do to grip? i read it was also due to hard cornering...

based on pictures provided through the searches on this forum and the internet, it looks like this bracket can only bend/break do to a forward/reverse motion. hence the braking or traction... correct?

slows2k explained it pretty well. yes it's due to extra sticky tires putting stress on the sheet metal. your car is an AP2 which has straps added and as slows2k stated, unless you're on slicks or R compounds you have no worries.
