Well just got my Amuse single R1 in today and gonna go install it just wondering what the hell does this connect too.

 

I don't have one of those exhausts but if I had to guess, it looks like a hanger that gets bolted to the exhaust, maybe between the cat or resonator and the rest of the system? Take a look at your stocker and see where the Amuse is missing a welded hanger and if this one could bolt in there.

Just a guess; I'm sure someone knows for sure.

 

I don't remember seeing that with my dual. Maybe it's a single thing?
