Default Is this bad? Idle related. (VIDEO)

Well, this may be NOTHING at all.. but i'm pretty anal with all my cars and I guess I'd like to know if this is something I should start paying attention too.

Basically, at a stop light, the idle will vary up one bar, then down one bar ever 10 seconds or so. I have a video below. I have yet to do a tune up as I not too long acquired the car. Thanks again for any input.

Figured it wasn't much. Just not use to the digital speedo so I assumed the one bar jump was drastic.

Thanks!

+1 to normal.

And the last bar on your fuel gauge is not supposed to light up.

No man your all set, the RPM's of any car fluctuate, as long as its not a huge jump lets say 1000RPM you should be fine. That one bar jump out of 9000RPM is actually very good.

Now the music, that needs some adjusting

Super normal.
Normally that happens when radiator fans go on, or AC is on.
