Hey folks, another in-progress question.

I'm following the topsonline video instructions, removing my Honda OEM top to install a Robbins top on my 2002 AP1.

• 2nd bow has a pinch bar = OK just like the video
• 3rd bow has a pinch bar = OK just like the video (where my red trim tool is in the photo)
• 4th bow (where my finger is pointing) does NOT have a pinch bar, and the velcro of the top wasn't even wrapped around it

Is the lack of the pinch bar on the 4th normal? Or did whoever replace my top last time break it off and not install the top correctly?

Here are the steps from the instructional video -- note it has a pinch bar on this last (fourth) bow/bar:

 

Well, kept going, and the video later pointed out it was showing a plastic-window-to-glass-window upgrade, and "this glass window upgrade does not use a fourth bow listing so we will close it."

That explains the photos and video I saw on s2ki -- it appears 00/01 had a fourth bow (bar) pinch bar, but 02+ did not.

False alarm, feel free to ignore, or keep this post up to help future kiddos.
