Yes thanks! That thread just will not die hu? Great thread that developed.

Only sad thing is that after I drove The Dragon my shakes came back and my Diff eventually blew up after that. Still do not know if it was a cause and effect situation. Or just coincidental.

its most likely the driver inner CV as your symptoms are typical.
are you warranty? go ahead inspect and replace....you have to do it to diagnose the thing. if under warranty have them replace entire left halfshaft("driveshaft"in honda speak), if out of warranty just replace inner CV as Pinky mentioned. inspect outer hub as well. join the club.

Pinky, did you inspect the passenger CV?, its possible that its wear is now becoming symptomatic causing the shakes to come back.

..... davepk's idea of swapping the left and right inner CV is a great option too ..... no doll hairs expended on parts, just a couple hours of your time and a butt load of slimy green grease ......

I never got to see any of the parts after the work was done. The passenger side CV joint has NEVER been replaced. Drivers side Half shaft 2x and 1 diff.(after 60+K miles.

From what a friend at honda told me today they just got notice of a recall or something on this problem. I will ask him more about it when he gets back from sema.

I doubt it would be a recall... probably just a TSB, which means that we will still have the burden of proof, and still be under warranty.
