Bad voltage

Default Bad voltage

Hello everyone..... I have an ap1 s2k with obx 52mm itb aem 301052u ECU and 2 days ago I went to the tuner to finally tune the car after 2 months of waiting....and he didn't....because he diagnose bad voltage on all the sensors for example the tps was up and down about 0.6v with no own to touch the throttle also the same happen with the water coolant sensor... when the engine is off but the switch it's on everything is ok when the engine is running everything goes "up down" (please help me am almost crying....sorry for my English)

Sounds like a spotty alternator
