Yes, 75w-110 is only aviailable from Amsoil, Red Line and Ravenol to my knowledge. But alle three are high quality oils.
The old SAE 90 viscosity class was simply "Split in half", into SAE 90 and SAE 110 in the year 2005, after the owners manual of our cars was printed.

The Amsoil 75W-110 can be purchased in a 1 (US) quart plastic bag which can be squeezed into the differential fill port. The differential only holds 0.78 quart so one bag will do it. Others may be available in bags too.

It's odd how different sites have slightly different explanations of the upper number (90 versus 140). FWIW, I've been using Mobil One synthetic 75W-145, for 8-years on my S2K. No problems, no noises. Change it every two years.
Lower number = thinner = better for low temp.
Higher number = thicker = better for high temp... just like motor oil.
