Default Bearing noise

As soon as I started the car I heard the noise. Car was cold, sitting for 10+ hours while at work. There was no difference in the bearing noise with the clutch pressed, it was definitely RPM related. I also heard it again after slowing down to a stop, car was warm at this time. Never heard it again after that.

I'm thinking one of the pulleys has to be going, but it wont repeat the noise for me as of yet. I'm thinking the idler pulley or tensioner must be suspect, but I wanted to have a second thought on this.
