loud chirping noise
About a month ago I changed the pulley on the serpentine auto tensioner as I heard a loud chirping noise between 1.5 and 3k revs. Changed the belt at the same time as the car has done 84k kms. The noise has come back with a vengeance now and am thinking it could now be the alternator pulley or something to do with the clutch?
I have an ACT six puck clutch with a lightened Fidanza flywheel and am wondering if it could be anything to do with that?
The noise gets louder as I accelerate even when in neutral. after around 3k revs the noise stops and theres no problem. I'm thinking maybe it could even be a hole in the rubber induction tube?
Any ideas would be helpful please.

ac compressor clutch siezing? could be a great many things. youll have to just try and put your ear to it. thats what i do when i start hearing squeaks. but honestly im not sure if where you are it gets cold around this time of year but maybe its just cause of the cold. if you can try some belt conditioner and use it sparingly as it will spray all over your engine bay if you use too much and see if that solves the problem.

Does it happen at all throttle openings, or just certain ones?
