Default Before Purchase

Hi...I currently own a 2001 Silverstone AP1. It currently has 38,xxx miles on it. Anyways...I been looking around to pick up an another AP1 and found a couple in the Car Sale forum...the ones I found had pretty high milleage around 50k~70k on it. Is this bad? I don't know anything about the F series engines so...any suggestions or help before I make the purchase would be nice. Thanks for the help in advance.

No, not necessary. Depends how the owner took care of it.
Just check if all the VIN#s are there and carfax it.
Test drive, service records etc...
Also get the car checked by a mechanic.
Goodluck.
