Liquid wrench
Bang them hard a couple of times

Tap them loose with a breaker bar. Slow constant pressure will strip them for sure.

It's not absolutely necessary to use liquid wrench. A high quality hex wrench with the ball shaped end is useful. Tap it with a hammer to break it loose. As mentioned above you will destroy the wrench or bolt or both if you just add tension. Hit it with a hammer lightly to break it loose.

You can use liquid wrench or PB Blaster 24 hours before you start the job. Removing them is not that bad, just use a good quality hex wrench. You can hit them as suggested but, before you do try to remove as is. I only use a 6 inch long L shaped Allen to remove and have not had a striped one yet.

Good luck

i should really let it sit for 24 hours? one of them came out before i used the liquid wrench, but the others still seem more than stubborn, and i've been using my hammer and tapping it. but still sitting there very stubborn. i'll just let it sit for a lil longer and hope for the best

try smacking it to tighten it a little bit then smack it to loosen it.
