Try the search function. I think a similar question may have been asked before.

Have not seen a good "What is the best oil" question for a while.

Honda has put the S2000 owners' manuals on line. This is a link to the 2002 model.

Honda manual transmission fluid is OEM and what I use although I'm considering an Amsoil (sic?) oil later this spring based on recommendation here.

The differential requires hypoid gear oil, not Honda differential oil which is for FWD cars. I'm using the highly regarded Lubrication Engineers LE-"something" (someone or even a search here will reveal the number). Not cheap but you don't need much.

HTH,

Simple...
OEM Honda MTF for Trans
Mobil 1 Synthetic Gear Lubricant for Diff; 75w-90 or 75w-140 (both work good)
