big problem...cant go over 3k rpm

i have half tank of gas when parking for 4 months
i didnt put any fuel stabilizer

there was probably moisture in your tank since it was half full and sitting for four months

^^ I agree bad gas could also be the culprit. My DSM sat for a few months with a blown head gasket and I had to drain the gas.
