Blackstone Oil Analysis
I changed the factory-fill on the S2000 at 3500mi. and had an analysis performed.
The majority of the miles are from auto-x events and the associated driving to and from those events. The car is pretty much a weekend warrior.
I do plan on changing the rear differential fluid at 5000mi. and sending that in as well.
Thoughts, comments, and criticisms are welcome.

About what? Do you expect anyone to be able to read the report? Or are you referring to something else? Like how you use your S2K?
Most people that browse this forum should be able to read and understand this report.
I do not need an opinion on how to use the car, thank you very much.
Most of the senior members liked to look and comment on the oil analysis from different cars to see wear characteristics.

I'm sorry I can't help you, I know how to read the chart but unfortunately I am unfamiliar with the averages etc that the s2000 usually outputs... will have a research though and try to help
No offense meant--can't read the rreport--it is too small. I even enlarged my screen to 400%--it's just a blur. Since obviously the report is too small to read, perhaps you wanted a comment on how you use your car. Because who would put a report on the site when it is unreadable...

Thanks for posting the report. The wear metals actually look quite low for OEM/break-in oil IMO. And the viscosity looks like it may have even started out as a 30wt oil. All the other OEM fills I've seen are pretty well into the 20wt range.
I'm really looking forward to your OEM fill of gear oil UOA. We have never seen one here, that I'm aware of. Make sure you pick a good replacement fill for the diff on your new race car.
Have fun!

Once broken in and into the 10K miles a true full syn would be an option.
That will last longer than 3k miles and it will give you some extra high temp "protection".
There was a topic in the racing & competition section about track oil temp without an extra oil cooler and it reached 265F.

HTHS is measured at 300F so 265 isn't maxed out but a true syn will handle it better and longer IMO.
Replacement oil for a weekend warrior diff?
