Default Blown spark plug

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kLd_W...ature=youtu.be

I had the car on a dyno with a lot of knowledgeable people around a few months ago and no one noticed anything wrong and my car put down 205whp while other s2000s normally only put down 185-195 on this dyno.

Last night I had to fill up on gas and checked the oil all was good and I dropped the hood and got in the car and left. As I am going down the highway I notice the hood is not totally closed so I stop open it up all the way and thats when I hear the noise. I looked around for anything banging around anything obvious and couldnt see anything so i drove 15 miles home parked and went to bed. This morning I start the car up and am a little worried about it so I start messing around with it and cannot figure anything out so I decide to look online. When I got back in the car to shut it of I noticed a CEL......

So where do I go from here... Check the CEL would be obvious but can I drive the car 2-3 miles to autozone to get them to check it?

Reading a suggestion in another thread about noise a guy said add more oil even if your stick shows some so I did that even though when warm the oil is near the middle of the reading diamonds.. This stopped the loud marble in a can noise so I took it to a auto parts store to have the CEL read and it showed misfire on all 4 cylinders???

Dont ever add oil to an engine that doesant need it. If its full, its full. Overfull can do serious damage.

That sounds like a sticking BELT tensioner. run it for a minute without the belt on it, see if the noise goes away.

The car is an 03 has 69k miles on it and I haven't had an issue until now...

The knocking noise went away after I added that little bit of oil here are 2 more videos of what it sounds like now...

So I was going to check the plugs to see if anything was wrong... A bolt on the cover got stripped in the process so I got a drill bit and drilled a pilot hole then used a striped screw remover bit but the bit broke in the bolt. After dealing with that I removed the plugs and found the second plug from the front bumper had been destroyed.. So here are all the plugs..

I do have a nitrous system installed but I have not used it in a year or so ~ 10k miles.. The plugs are one step colder copper(?) ngk plugs I put them in when I was spraying and have just left them in. I also checked the plugs often when I sprayed. This occurred after the last time I sprayed.

I ordered another set of stock plugs they should be in tomorrow but should I even put them in.. what should I do next..

After searching I have found I need to do a compression test and pull the head to check for damage.. fun fun...

Some people have gotten away with electrode tip disintegration without problems if the pieces get spit out without banging around too much. You might be lucky. Compression test is a good first step.

I just looked at an 03 my friend is interested in buying and when I pulled the plugs to do a compression test, the spark plug in cyl # 1 was damaged like yours but the compression came out perfect with 230psi on all cylinders. It also ran great with the damaged spark plug.

That plug was loose. Thats why there is carbon above the sealing washer. hows the coilpack?

Loose plugs go lean, overheat and melt off. Mechanics error.

I think what ever cylinder that plug came out of is going to have a scored cylinder. That would explain the noise.

I mean, just the ground electrode was broken, I dident realize your center electrode was missing.
