Bolt on Exhaust tip sheared off
So I was taking off my stock exhaust tips to polish them, and one of the bolt heads sheared off. The Bolt is part way in there, so how can I get it out? Thanks ahead of time for any help

First thing you need to do is spray it with a good penetrating oil: Kroil, PBBlaster, Howe's, Liquid Wrench, etc. Give it a couple of light taps, and spray it again. Let the stuff work for 5 minutes. Then spray it again.
I hate to be a "Monday morning quarterback" but you wouldn't be in this mess in the first place if you'd used a good penetrant first. Use one now to make the removal of the broken bolt easier, whatever you have to do to actually remove the bolt.
What you do after that depends on how it broke off (flush, or with a bunch of bolt sticking out, or whatever), what tools you have available, and your skill level.
