Bought a used S2000 and the A/C isn't working. Investigating the engine bay and found this loose plug

Anyone know what this is for?

That's a horn connector.

The system likely has a leak and lost it's charge. Check the connector on the back of the compressor, and any connectors going to the AC lines.

Now I realize the horn is missing.

Anyone know where to look to get my A/C recharged?

Any repair shop that does AC work can recharge it for you. You could also buy the refrigerant and hose/gauge to recharge it from the parts store. If you recharge it and find that the AC works again (even if only until the gas leaks out) then you know the problem is a leak in the system somewhere and not something mechanical.
