I have a 2002 with 1800 miles. The master cylinder failed and was replaced under warranty. While the brakes work fine now, the pedal feel is like that of an Accord or Oldsmobile for that matter. I used to have a very firm feel. Now my brakes ingage approx. halfway down and just feel like any other car. Is there a way to have the system adjusted so that it feel like it used too, more aggressive and firm?

 

Your brakes probably need to be bled to let the air out of the system. Tell the dealership about the problem and they should bleed the brakes for you.
