Brake Fluid
Here's to hoping for a visit from the great and powerfull Wizard of the Road Rage.
Anyway, under occasional heavy use and normal daily driving, what brake fluid do you recommend?
And, do you recommend the same thing for the clutch system?

I just posted this question in my local club and no one has anything to say..i'm curious about a quality brake fluid for daily driving with semiregular autox/drift/track days??? Motul seems to have a great rep if you read the 'race' forum

Valvoline SynPower High Performance Synthetic Brake Fluid has good numbers is pretty cheap and compatable with others.
The Ford Hi Performance stuff is pretty good too and also cheap.
Be clear.
For the street, DO3 fluid is good. It's less hydroscopic than DOT4 so you will not need to bleed it as often. You don't need DOT4 on the street. I don't care how hard you drive the car, you just don't see the repeated hard breaking you to on the track. I run a good quality DOT3 on the street. The Valvoline mentioned above is good stuff that I have used.
The clutch (in any application) won't see anywhere NEAR the heat that the brakes do. Any good DOT3 fluid here as well.
For the track, well, it becomes a bit of a religious thing. There is little arguement that Castrol SRF is the best, but it's also the most expensive by a WIDE margin. Then it comes down to ATE Super Blue and Motul600. I use the ATE fluid and am very happy. Others run Motul and are happy with that. I have yet to try Motul so I cannot comment. The Motul has a slightly higher rating for dry temp, but it is negligable IMHO.

I haven't tracked...yet.
But I do live in Tennessee, therefore I have been to Deal's Gap twice this year alone. I've done at least 7-8 high-speed runs on the Dragon. But I wasn't thinking of DOT-4, but I did want to go high-end 3. Valvoline it is, I use Valvoline oil, so why not give them my brake fluid money too?
Thanks for the responses.

friend of mine suggests Super Blue or Motul only if you're tracking your car. AutoX and other events don't necessitate the high boil point. Track fluid may result in softer brake feel on the street. Once again, looks like OEM is just fine!
