Final word from Honda was the pistons seized due to excessive heat. It was obvious because my rotors have heat spotting on them and my pads are toast. So since Honda isn't going to cover it, I am biting the bullet and getting the calipers rebuilt. It didn't help my case that I have no interior behind the seats, a hard dog roll bar, one seat (Sparco pro 2000), 6 point harnesses, and carbotech xp8s...
PS the rotors were thinner than the minimum required thickness, which also contributed to the problem.

If you haven't seen the thread on the Accord calipers, you might want to consider those, especially if you track the car. The MY06 Accord V6 calipers fit and are cheaper than the s2k calipers. Plus the pads are larger with more swept area than the s2k's. The rotor is the same diameter.
