Default Brake Judder

Okay, so I have a '07 with 40k miles. I have had some brake judder for quite some time now. It is intermittent. Steering wheel does not rattle.

First I thought it was just the ABS working (the only other car I've owned with ABS was a CRZ, but I never felt this when I drove that one).
Then, at a meet, someone was kind enough to point out that my brake pads were uneven (front passenger were more worn than front driver).

Changed the pads, (I think) I bedded them properly. I cleaned the slider pins while I was at it, added grease. Problem has diminished, but still there. Note that I may just think that the problem has diminished.

Looked at the tie rods, noticed that on one side, the screw was farther in than the other side, something like 3 "lines" of the bolt.
Haven't bled the brakes.

Aside from brake rotor swap, is there anything else I need to consider? Do the tie rods being screwed in different amounts mean anything? The car seems to brake fine and fast, just has this annoyance which I worry might actually turn into a braking problem.

Thanks.

The brake "judder" is most likely pad material on the rotors. Or, could be hotspots that have developed as well.

Note the most brake experts feel that these days there is no such thing as 'warped" rotors, in case someone brings that up.

Get the rotors turned, and you'll probably be fine.
