Default Brake overheating ?

Ok so I took my s out for the first time of the year last week and the both rear brakes were smoking so I assumed the calipers locked up as it's a common problem on the rears and I ordered new ones I installed them today and took it out for a drive and got back and could smell a little brake smell so I touched the rotors and all bit one were cooler to the touch, so other then a siezed caliper what could cause my brake to be engauge as it has a brand new caliper.

And is driving this going to do any damage to anything else ?

New pads on both sides since I put both in I assume they are correct and how do u adjust the parking brake ? Wouldn't it make both sides stay engauged not just the passenger side ?

Did you grease the caliper pins well? Were they sliding easily when you installed the brake pads?

bleeding has nothing to do with this.

did you reset the piston back into the caliper? also ive never done s2k rear brakes but is it the "+" sign or a cup that looks like this "O" looking down the chute?

A stuck pin would cause the problem you describe. I suggest you take it apart and find out why it's sticking. Sometimes it gets corroded in there, causing it to stick. If that's the problem, you could probably get away with cleaning it up with steel wool or emery cloth.
