Brake overheating ?

Break them in, do get the new pads too hot.

That is your problem. You should lubricate the pins on a regular basis on all four corners to avoid this problem in the future. I don't have a solution on getting the bad pin out, but don't drive with it like that, and make arrangements to lube the other pins before they end up like that - 2 pins per caliper.
