A stuck pin would cause the problem you describe. I suggest you take it apart and find out why it's sticking. Sometimes it gets corroded in there, causing it to stick. If that's the problem, you could probably get away with cleaning it up with steel wool or emery cloth.
That is your problem. You should lubricate the pins on a regular basis on all four corners to avoid this problem in the future. I don't have a solution on getting the bad pin out, but don't drive with it like that, and make arrangements to lube the other pins before they end up like that - 2 pins per caliper.
