Default Brake pin bolt question

I tried to change my front brake pads and rotors but when i took off the pads the left side (driver) was fine. The right (passenger) however was causing an issue. The right side pin bolt on top will not move in and out. The bottom pin bolt on the right side will move just fine.

Do i need to replace that bolt?

Replace the whole bracket?

Please help, and give advice on how to remove or replace procedures.... thanks

oh yea and the bolt that i am talking about is in red on the picture below... thanks

did you have something to hold it the other nut in place while turning?

is it seized? rusted? stripped?

they should be relatively easy to remove since the pin suppose to be covered in grease before you stick it back in.

Yep, there is a nut in there somewhere (I thought it was on the other side of the caliper) that you have to hold with an open-ended wrench. Are you holding it securely while turning the bolt? If not, then that's your problem. If you are holding it, but you say the bolt still spins freely, then you may have worse trouble.
