Default Brakes Question

So last friday, the 19th, I had took all my wheels off to chase down squeaking set of brakes. I put a fresh layer of Brake Quiet between the shims and pads of the rear brakes, and changed out the front pads altogether. I thought things went well.

Then yesterday I found myself in a hurry for the first time all week, so I started hitting the v-tec pretty good. That's when I noticed that when I give the car any sort of throttle to get the torque up there it JERKS TO THE LEFT. Then as soon as I let off the throttle, it comes back right and OVER-CORRECTS itself.

This made for some very interesting corners, and not in a good way. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Is there some trick to putting the pads and calipers together that I might have missed? It feels, driving, as though the right rear brakes might be rubbing, slowing that side, and thus pulling the car right without and engine force to keep the wheel spinning. HELP PLEASE! If I can't get this resolved soon I'm gonna have to bail on the Borrego Springs run!

Thanks to any and all who chime in!

I hadn't thought of that. I am going to go and check that as soon as I can get out of work. Thanks!

Hey thanks to all who helped! Those of you who bet on the tire pressure....YOU WIN!!!

For real...my driver's side rear tire had about 11psi in it. I couldn't find a puncture, so I don't know where the air went. I filled it up and an hour later (and about 20 miles) it still had full pressure. I'm gonna keep an eye on it though. Thanks again!
