an aem cold air intake may give a little bit more gain Juan
The problem is inside the engine, we made two run on with the cat and other without the cat and the result were almost the same, these means that the engine can not get more air, we use a brand new K&N filter. inside the engine can not flow more air.

Honda are tead don the engine
They have opened the carter and did not found any metal pieces
They Have taken out the valve cover and everthing is in place
Compresion test is perfect
Oil was very dark ( less than 1000 km with them) Which can be the cause?
this afternoon they are going to take the head off

Well bad news...
Honda opened the engine, and found that the cylinder #1 and #4 have the sleeves with lot of scrathes and the piston where loose!!!! They told me that this could be for two reasons:
First; over rev, which is imposible because my rev limit is 7.500, 500 rpm below than Jeremy told me
Second; lack of lubrication
inlinepro is not anwsering my emials so I do not what to do.

Juan, sorry to hear the bad news. I've been following your thread. No advice to offer, just condolences. I'm guessing that too much heat (lean burn or, yes, bad lubrication) would be the culprit. Sigh.

inline pro installed a new oil pump what can be cause? I played safer than theytold me I use an AEM MES instead a VAFC 7500 rpm instead 8000 rpm I have such bad luck with this car
Thinking in taking all out and sell it
Juan, there were some other motors owned privately that failed as well. I'm not going to bash inline pro and start throwing out names and circumstances, but I think you should resolve the issue with them first and foremost... This is why I mentioned in another post that I didn't think it would be a good idea for you, especially living in Spain... Just so you know yours isn't the only one...

Beroz thanks for your help if i need some part will let you know.
I am going to put new sleeves and check if pistons are ok. what I do not know is if the iron of the sleeves are a spceial iron or same iron that is used on others cars.
Juan
