Arrow Break problem

Hello, I hope you can help me!

Took my car out for a blat today to notice a problem.

When slowing down to a hault from about 5mph > 0mph I get a grinding noise comming from one of the back wheels.

Also when I pull away again the same grinding noise happens from 0 > 5.

When I got home I decided to do a few quick tests to find out that when I grab the back right wheel and rock it, it makes the same noise.

Also the radiant heat from the back right wheel was immense, the rest were hot like it should be, but this one wheel was seriously hot.

Any ideas on what is causing it, its like that break is sticking which is why it is getting so hot.

I cannot feel the car pulling when I let go of the wheel, so it must be minor but I still would like to get it sorted asap.

Remove wheel, Inspect calapers...

Don't drive untill you do.

Take off wheel and inspect caliper. If everything lookls ok then put the wheel back on and try to rock it back and forth. If you notice any play then it's the wheel bearing.
