Have any other S2k owners had a similiar breakdown which happened to me this week.
600 miles after its first service a loose spark plug was forced back breaking the coil, pushing the cover off and stripping the threads.

The dealer who supplied and the dealer who did the service told me they do touch the plugs until 60k.
Honda told me that it would be impossible for the car to leave the factory with loose plugs. The other plugs where also not fully tight.

The car was made May/June 2000.

I'm with Tex, I bet the service guy did it. You just never know. Also, in regards to leaving Japan with a loose spark plug - well, anything is bound to happen, even if it is built by hand and thoroughly checked.

Ask 'em if they've heard of the Apollo 13.
