Default Broken fuel lines &/or fittings :(

Hey guys,

We ran into some problems with the s2k at the track the other day and it looks like we have possibly stuffed the fuel lines and fittings. Still haven't had time to get under the car and inspect closer to see what is going on but it dumped a whole lot of fuel from next to the back passenger side wheel when the car was turned on (at least we know the pump is good ). I spent some time yesterday reading through the fuel system part of the work shop manual and it looks like the fittings for the hardlines that run under the car are the culprit.

So that brings me to my next question: is it worth replacing everything with OEM parts or just go for braided lines from the tank to the rail?
I have been searching around but haven't really seen anyone who has upgraded the lines?

Any help would be appreciated guys, when I get under it this afternoon I will take some photos of whats going on, hopefully it is just a connection problem and turns out to be an easy fix
