Attn: God's gifts to the all mighty wrench,

My mailbox is filled with bitching, complaining and other annoying stuff about what's going on here. I sick of it, I don't want babysit, play nice and leave me out of it.

I don't know what's going on but this is not how we behave. If you guys simply want to grandstand about what f***ing geniuses you are then flame away. I've been reading the threads and so far all I've seen are a few people restating their opinion over and over. I'm right. No, I'm, right. If you are right, then prove it. Supply references as to why you are so right. Don't bicker, it's not nice. If you can't prove it with facts, then it's just opinion, I don't care how long you've been in the biz. I've been in the computer biz for 15 years and there is always something I don't know.

Now play nice, stop fighting and get along.

C3,

The issue is not the bickering, but the censorship, especially, when it's done out of spite for being proved wrong (see http://www.s2000online.com/forums/showthre...?threadid=5252).

I don't mind people bickering, it's perfectly ok for people to have different opinions, even if some are plain wrong. That's just the price you pay for the possibility of having easy interaction amongst people all over the world. Beautiful and cheap, if you ask me.

Do what you like. It's your board after all and I am grateful that you set this up. I certainly got a lot of good info from it. And I hope that I paid something back.

I would humbly suggest that you carefully choose moderators if you want this board to be a thriving community. After all, the guy moderating this forum was seen recently starting a thread in "Car Talk" with a pointer to another thread in another (competing) board on how some girl deserved to "be banged" by daring to defy a Honda Civic off the red light. I think he was amused.

As for the bickering, I will help with toning it down by not posting in any forum moderated by such a person.

All the best.
