Default Burning coolant + white smoke

I have a MY00 that had been blowing out white smoke and I can't seem to pinpoint the cause. Some of the things I have done so far:

Replaced valve seals - OEM
Replaced headgasket - OEM
Installed an oil catch can between pcv and im
Valve adjustment

Even before the headgasket replacement there was no mixture of coolant and oil. I have also performed a compression test and have solid numbers across the board 210-205-210-210.

Is there any other areas that could leak and push coolant towards the combustion chamber?

Do a leakdown test and see if air is passing into the coolant system.

To add onto windhund's statement, pop the radiator cap and see if you get air bubbles coming up while doing the leak down.

Wouldn't a leakdown test only be necessary if there is low compression in any of the cylinders?

Leakdown forces air into cylinder, at TDC. If you have a damaged head gasket --- air may pass into the cooling galleys of the head. Then, work its way into the radiator.

Air can also pass across rings and valves, resulting in air noises in intake manifold (intake valve), exhaust system (exhaust valve), lower end or oil tube (rings). And into oil galleys, due to bad head gasket.

Should still do leakdown. May have been bad replacement job. (?)

Yea, definitely check after doing a head gasket. I make it a final heck after doing that extensive to do a compression and leak down. Any time head comes off, I do both, on any motor.

Hi, I have also this problem, I'm from Central America and just acquire a 02 with 20K miles but unfortunately when I bought a CarFax (After purchased), the car was auction with 161K.

The motor is supposed to be stock.

To give you an update, I recently took it to the shop and done the next upgrades and changes:
1. Intake K&N Filter.
2. Invidia Test Pipe.
3. Oil Change 10w30 Sintetic.
4. Change Thermostat (surprise, didn't had one), Radiator Cap, Coolant Sensor and made flushing to clean system.
5. Change brake pads and check level.

After all this the car doesn't go above the 3 bars of the water temp, but after a few minutes of drive it, the car blows white smoke.

I have done the upside down glass trick and had found the condensation with the smoke.

Because of what I have read, and the problem facing, I'm planning to do the next changes:
1. Head Gasket (COMETIC H2089SP2075S .074 MLS HEAD GASKET HONDA S2000 F20C/F22C 87MM BORE).
2. Valve Stem Seal (SUPERTECH SET OF 16 VALVE STEM SEALS VITON VTEC).
3. Head Studs (ARP 208-4702 Head Stud Kit 2000-09 Honda S2000 AP1 AP2).
4. Intake Gasket (Hondata Thermal Intake Gasket s2000).

I like to know if the thinks considered will remove the white smoke or should I consider additional changes or upgrades with the engine head removed?

Don't have to much budget and need to order parts to the US, as in my country didn't came to the dealer.
