ok so I fix one problem and another one occurs. Finished up the installation of the gasket and the spark plug tube seals. Once everything is done I go for a ride and the CEL comes on. Its giving me the code P0411. I searched it up and its an injector flow problem. So I made sure I connected everything was connected and it looked fine. I decided to take out the coils and when I took out the 2nd one from the right, the tube seal ripped off and the coil was covered in oil. I do not notice anything when I drive, haven't opened up the throttle though just in case.

I did make a minuscule hole in the tube seal when opening the package but I didn't think anything of it so I installed it anyways. I already ordered a new tube seal.

I am wondering if this will fix the "flow" problem.
