Default Buzzing noise coming from engine

Buzzing (maybe a fast tick???) noise coming from my AP2, even after changing out the TCT

Does not happen at idle but you hear it with any throttle application. Seems like its coming from the top front of the engine but I could be wrong.

Thoughts?

It sounds like its idling very high. So that makes me think maybe the engine was cold when the video was shot. So that makes me ask, is the noise still there once it warms up? Is noise any different when warm?

To see if its the pulleys like someone suggested, just remove serp belt, and start engine. Obviously don't drive around like that or run engine too long, or it could overheat. You don't even have to fully remove belt from car. Just take slack off tensioner, and unloop from tensioner pully, and just let belt hang there. That will be less work wrestling belt out then back in and tracing path around pulleys.

While belt is off, spin the tensioner and idler pulleys by hand, make sure they spin smooth and quiet.

Yes the car was cold. The noise persists when the car is warmed up. I will see what I can do to check the pulleys. Are there any reference videos for that noise?
