I know this is an old thread, but does anyone happen to know the size of the o-rings for the connections.
I can't seem to hold down a vacuum and it was holding pressure before the change, and this is all i touched.
I didn't grab the sizes when i removed the old one (was a nightmare removal with stripped cap screw and an extractor that broke off in it as well).
And I can't find in the manual or anywhere else what size went where, and i can't figure out what else could be causing the slow leak.
I swapped out the o-rings on both lines going into the valve and on the back side. Also replaced both shrader valves.

Any thoughts or ideas appreciated.

Hi NoName,
You can buy all the O rings at RockAuto as well as an expansion valve and dryer if you need them. They are not expensive.

Cade:
I think this is what I was looking for.
I see the parts 16 and 18 for the hoses going into the expansion valve, but not seeing what the sizes are for the other side (unless it is just the same but I was thinking they were larger). Or maybe I'm overthinking this.

When you remove the o ring from the fitting, match it to one in the kit.

Thanks y'all hopefully this was my problem.
