Just compared the A/C with my CR-V. The compressor and fans turn on and off on the CR-V and on the S2000 everything stays on all the time is this normal?

The only thing that should cycle on and off when the A/C is running should be the compressor. I'm thinking you may have a clog, let us know what the high side pressure is, then we can figure it out. The high pressure fitting is in front of the hood latch, under a cover. If it's higher than 4x the low side pressure you most likely have a restriction somewhere. Either the drier or the expansion valve.

See why I say a manifold gauge is the only way to really diagnose a system?

Could it be possible I have a faulty thermostat? I have a Koyo radiator and I removed the radiator cap and let it run for about 15 minutes and the car stayed at 3 bars but I did not see the coolant flow it just looked stagnate Just trying to get the simple thing out of the way. The car is 15 years old and but it should not effect the A/C.

What do you mean? You should see coolant come out of the filler neck after getting the car to operating temp. How about the heater, does it blow out almost scalding hot air?

Well when the fluid heats up it expands, so it should spill out of the filler neck, how's your overflow bottle? Other than that you won't see coolant flow in the radiator.

The hot air means you don't have air trapped in the system so you can eliminate that. It's very rare for the thermostat to fail, if it was stuck closed your car would overheat rather quickly.

I still think it's either just you noticing that Honda compressors aren't great at idle, no Honda I've ever owned had an A/C that works great sitting there idling, and I've owned Hondas from 0 miles, so I'm not talking about some bucket.
