A/C Not working at idle

Default A/C Not working at idle
AC works great while driving but when you stop at a light it will blow warm air. Start driving again and the air blows cold. Both fans come on and the system has 55 PSI. Car is an 02 with 39K. would an old belt cause the compressor to slip at idle.

Definitely not the belt.

Be sure your condenser fan is working (the radiator fan that comes on when the AC is in operation)
