where can I buy one and how long does it take to install? A new one will be set good? No adjustments?

try hardtop guy for one.

you'll probably have to adjust it a little bit after you put the new one on.

after seeing this thread went out and checked mine, and holy sh*t it was loose as hell. So went to the tool box got out a wrench and adjusted it in like 2 min. what a difference, quick and easy. something everyone should do but not sure that everyone knows about it
