Default Cannot Identify Whine

I am trying to identify where this whine could be coming from. I just replaced my TCT with the Balad sports TCT. Any help is appreciated.

Chain is severely overtightened. If it is allowed to continue, it will destroy the camwheel bushing, in many cases taking the engine with it.
