If the fuel pressure regulator is on the return side, (alot of the times it is), the fuel pump could be the cause of the rich condidtion.

Yea, its confirmed the pump is the problem.
When putting together my turbo kit I made the mistake of using the 255HP pump.
I never intended to run high fuel pressure and this thing can pump some fuel I guess.
