Default Car Breaking Up (Problem)?

I just got a service:

Oil Change
Oil Filter Change
Spark Plug Change
Belt Change

We were hoping to have a retune for the car but something weird happened. I can't accelerate at all. I sometimes have a hard time problem starting the car when it is cold. After I start it, I am trying to accelerate. Accelerate meaning daily driving. The car is breaking up like crazy. 3000rpm 4000rpm the car breaks up and it won't accelerate i can't pass 3000 4000 rpm. feels like it is cutting the ignition. i get huge backfires sometimes. Friend of mine recorded a video. Not sure if you can understand what's going on but if you turn up your speakers you can hear it.
