Default car pulling to the right

my 02 has lately been pulling right, i dont think its an alignment issue because it happens very randomly, when it does i kindof jerk the steering to the left briefly and it goes away, any suggestions as to what is causing this. maybe a steering gear?

could be a brake caliper sticking, in which case lubing the guide pins is an easy fix. Just a suggestion it could be something else though, hard to say.

air pressure is exactly the same on both sides, it only happens randomly not constantly, when it does pull to the right, if i do a slight jerk to the left it stops. im stumped
