You are kind of just describing what a car does in a corner More throttle will make it want to track out, less will make it want to stay tighter. Depends on how dramatic it is. I missed your year model but AP1s will do this even more. If you start adding throttle, rear compresses, rear toes in more. When you lift off throttle, rear rebounds, rear toes out, making it rotate more.

The rear tire diameter or pressure thing will magnify that effect. But then would also do it driving straight.

But sometimes its not as noticible when driving straight. First time happened to me, I only noticed in corners. Then paying more attention and being more deliberate, noticed it going straight as well.

So be sure to try that. Confirm if its happening even when going straight. Make large, deliberate, sharp on throttle off throttle motions, at higher rpm (like above 5k or 6k).

I have ap1 00, but it's not standard feeling From s2k, it's really worth feel releasing the gas in a corner when driving calmly, when I drive more aggressively I don't feel it that much, I would say

The car drives perfectly in any pull/brake mode.

I order rear toe arm from hardrace, i hope it help me.

There is nothing wrong with the design of the car. If its not behaving correctly, the solution is never aftermarket parts with a different design.

Fix what is broken. What is briken might just be your driving, not the car.

Aftermarket parts with a different design can sometimes be helpful, if you're trying to correct the consequences of something else you've already changed. Like significantly lowering the car.

Your car appears to be functioning as designed -- this ain't no Civic!.

Early cars were deliberately set up with very quick steering and oversteer to get that "race car" feeling. Inexperienced drivers -- really MOST of us with this car -- found the car wanted to change ends (or go into the cattails as a friend puts it) if you lift the throttle at speed in a corner. UK guys always claimed it was diesel spills in the roundabouts. Honda progressively dialed this out for less "race car" starting in 2001 and eventually Stability Assist in 2006. The 2000 model is most likely to bite you if you don't pay attention but the guys who've worked it out think this is the most fun model.
